Riot Games publishes an album with free music for streamers and creators
If you are a creator of streamers or videos, which is paranoid about being struck with a copyright strike, Riot Games has a new solution. The company launched “Sessions: VI”, a new music album “totally free” for creators and banners to use during their live streams, in their videos and more, even if they show their content.
Simply put, you can not use any music track for your live streams and videos; They will translate into a copyright strike, which could involve something to lose the ability to monetize a video to jeopardize its account. Paying for a music license is an option, but those who can not afford to do that are not allowed to use royalty free music that is often delivered with an initial cost.
Riot Games Music has published “sessions: VI” as a free album aggum for anyone to use; You can, for example, play it in the background during the broadcast of a game to add an atmosphere to your video or you can add it as an original strip for non-live videos uploaded onto -forms such as YouTube and Tiktok. Complete guidelines for the use of the riot for the use of the content can be found here.
The full album has been downloaded from YouTube, as well as major platforms such as Apple Music, Deezer, Amazon music and Spotify. These platforms are your best option if you want to broadcast music in the background during a video. Otherwise, you can head to the Riot Sessions web page to download the album.
The album download will allow you to access the 37 tracks, which can be added to your projects using Video Editing Software. Riot says it will not be the only free music album offered to banners and creators. Although we do not know when the next album will fall (and if it will focus on a different kind), the company says it will provide updates on its social media accounts when it releases the next album later this year.
